Biographies
Dr. Tamson has worked in the consulting field since 1985. He founded Tamson and Associates to deliver consulting services and educational and training programs in a variety of industries, including Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Medical, Retail, Financial, Hospitality, and in the public sector. His firm merged with Survey Insights in 2001 to form Performance Dimensions, International, LLC. Ed earned his Doctoral degree in Organizational Psychology at the University of California in 1983. He earned his Masters degree at Cal State Sacramento, and his undergraduate degree at the University of California at Santa Cruz. He is an active member of the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology, and the American Society for Training and Development.
Dr. Page has worked in the consulting field since 1989. He served as Director of Survey Research and Development for the Corporate Pulse Survey Center of the Praxis Institute, where he developed and validated standardized surveys and benchmarks to support major training product lines. In 1998 he founded his own firm, Survey Insights, to specialize in survey research driven consulting interventions, survey validation, and benchmarking. Survey Insights merged with Tamson and Associates in 2001 to form Performance Dimensions, International, LLC. Rob earned his Doctorate of Administration, specializing in Organizational Theory, from the Graduate School of Management at the University of California in Irvine, his Master of Organizational Behavior at Brigham Young University, and his Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. Rob is a member of the National and Eastern Academies of Management, the Society for the Advancement of Management, the Institute for Behavioral and Applied Management, and the New England Business Administration Association.
Dr. Bleuel specializes in the measurement and analysis of customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention. He has held senior positions in engineering, marketing and service management at Xerox, Taylor Instrument Company and Barber Colman Company, as well as co-founding two start-up companies. His most recent book, After the Sale was published in 2000. Bill received a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M, a MS in Statistics from the University of Rochester, and a BSEE from Carnegie Mellon University. He has been the Franz Edelman Award winner for The Institute of Management Sciences, he received the Armitage Medal from the Society of Logistics Engineers, and the Patton Publication Award.
Harish is an Electronics Engineer from India and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Southern Connecticut State University.
Ryan earned his Master of Human Resources degree at the University of South Carolina, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University.
